Position: Business Development Representative – Istanbul:
Location: Istanbul, Türkiye (hybrid/field-based)

You will represent MIFARD in Türkiye, identify reliable suppliers and product opportunities, and support commercial discussions between suppliers and our EU-based clients.

Key responsibilities

Identify and qualify suppliers and products (e.g., agri-food, cosmetics, hardware, machinery)

Conduct supplier outreach, relationship-building, and initial negotiations

Coordinate sample requests, pricing, lead times, and basic documentation

Support supplier due diligence (basic checks, factory visits when needed)

Maintain a structured pipeline (leads, suppliers, offers) and report status updates

Collaborate with our customs/logistics and quality teams to ensure smooth execution

Requirements

Experience in sales, sourcing, procurement, or business development

Strong communication and negotiation skills

Ability to work independently and professionally in a field-based role

Languages: Turkish + English (German and/or Persian/Arabic is a plus)
